Features

One place for the whole institute

What you see depends on your account. These are the main sections.

Calls & enquiries

Log calls and walk-ins, set a follow-up date, and move an interested person on to an enquiry.

Registration

Turn an enquiry into an admission with course, fee and enrolment date, and update it later if details change.

Fees

Collect instalments, apply approved discounts and see what is paid, due and overdue.

Receipts

Every payment gets a numbered receipt with a QR code that anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine.

Batches & attendance

Create batches, assign trainers, follow the timetable and mark attendance for each class.

Certificates

Request and approve certificates. Each one carries a code that can be checked online.

Help

Common questions

Quick answers to the problems people run into most.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in page press "Forgot Password?", enter your email and open the link that is sent to you. The link works for 30 minutes and only once. If no email arrives, ask your branch office to reset the password for you.

It says "Too many attempts".

After 5 wrong tries the sign-in is paused for 15 minutes for that email. Wait, then try again or use "Forgot Password?".

Why was I asked to change my password?

A password given to you by someone else is temporary. This happens the first time you sign in and after the office resets your password.

I was signed out on my own.

A sign-in lasts 12 hours. You are also signed out everywhere when your password is changed or reset, or if your account is switched off.

I cannot see a section or a record.

Each account only shows what it is allowed to use, and staff see their own branch. If something you need is missing, ask your branch manager.

How do I check that a receipt or certificate is real?

Scan the QR code printed on it with a phone camera. It opens a page that confirms the document, with no sign-in needed.

How do I change my password later?

Sign in, open Settings and use "Change password". You need your current password.

Still stuck?

Contact your branch office. They can reset your password, switch your account back on and fix what you can see.
